Layla Asali and Kevin Kenworthy will speak at the 16th Biennial Parker C. Fielder Oil, Gas, and Energy Tax Conference on November 16, 2023, in Houston.

Asali will moderate a panel titled, "Foreign Tax Credit." This panel will discuss recent developments relating to the foreign tax credit, including creditability of foreign taxes, allocation of foreign taxes, litigation relating to foreign tax credits, and the corporate alternative minimum tax foreign tax credit. 

Kenworthy will present, as part of a panel, "What the General Practitioner Should Know About International Tax Practice." This panel will feature high-level descriptions of the most topical issues involving international tax including fundamentals, issue-spotting pointers, and the latest news.
