Theresa S. Gee and Erin M. Sweeney* will be speaking at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Taxation Meeting on May 6-7, 2016. Gee will present, as part of a panel, "Necessary Plan Language in Light of Recent Guidance from the Supreme Court and Lower Courts" on May 7, 2016.
