Maria O'Toole Jones, Mary Lou Soller, Jim Gadwood, and Nicholas Metcalf* will speak at the 2018 Insurance Tax Conference, taking place November 8-9, 2018, in Rosemont, IL. 

Soller will present, as part of a panel, "Ethics: Keeping Your Communications Confidential." The panel will cover the basics of privilege, obligations under professional ethics rules, who is covered, and new issues with the use of technology. Jones will moderate and Gadwood will speak on the panel, "Domestic Tax Reform Issues for Insurance Companies." Jones and Metcalf will speak on the panel, "Tax Practice and Procedure Primer."
