Rocco Femia will speak at the 77th Annual University of Chicago Law School Federal Tax Conference on November 8, 2024. Femia will co-present " The Future of U.S. Income Tax Treaties." This session will briefly review the current norms in U.S. tax treaty policy and discuss potential reforms, including redefining and reallocating taxing jurisdiction, extending dispute resolution, and overcoming issues with the ratification process.
