The 8th Annual Defending the White Collar Case Seminar, produced in partnership by NACDL and the Louis Stein Center for Law & Ethics, Fordham University Law School, is the nation's premiere White Collar CLE program for networking and getting the inside scoop on the biggest, most current cases lawyers are facing today.

Barry Pollack* will speak on "Political Indictments: Criminalizing Violations of the Public Trust" and Andy Wise will moderate the panel on "Navigating Ethical Waters: Obstruction of Justice, Destruction of Evidence and False Statements" as part of this two-day event.
