Michael Satin and Addy Schmitt* will speak at the ABA 2022 White Collar Crime National Institute on March 2, 2022, in San Francisco.

Satin will present, "Fundamentals of Trial Practice I: Key Issues to Consider When Trying Your Case." This panel discussion will provide advice on the presentation of the defense case at trial, in particular the skills and techniques for putting on such a case, and practical issues to consider when trying cases during COVID.

Schmitt will present, as part of a panel, "Responding to Data Production & E-Discovery in White-Collar Investigations." Panelists will explore issues related to discovery in large white-collar investigations, including responding to subpoenas, e-discovery, taint teams and more.
