Layla Asali, Joanne Roskey, and Caroline Reaves will speak at the ABA Section of Taxation's Virtual 2023 Fall Tax Meeting on October, 16-18, 2023.

On October 16, Asali will moderate a panel on regulatory preambles and examples during the Corporate, Affiliated & Related, and Administrative Practice Joint Session.

Also on October 16, Reaves will present, as part of a panel, "APAs/MAPs and BEPS 2.0, Public Country-by-Country Reporting and Implicit Parental Support...Hot Transfer Pricing Topics Examined! This panel will discuss recent updates to APA/MAP guidelines, public country-by-country reporting, BEPS 2.0, and implicit parental support.

On October 18, Roskey will speak on a panel titled, "Employee Benefits Welfare Plans, EEOC, FMLA and Leave Issues." This panel will review recent legal developments and trends affecting employer sponsored health and welfare plans and a discussion of the practical questions and issues faced by employer plan sponsors.
