Homer E. Moyer will co-present during the American Bar Association Section of International Law's (ABA-SIL) Anti-Corruption Committee meeting via teleconference on February 15, 2018. Speakers will discuss the U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ) newly revised FCPA Corporate Enforcement Policy. They will explain the details of this Policy and debate the extent to which it signals a real change in approach by the DOJ and its significance for corporations.
