Loren Ponds, Erin Sweeney,* and Yongo Ding* will speak at the ABA Tax Section 2019 Midyear Tax Meeting on January 17-18, 2019, in New Orleans. Loren will present, as part of a panel, "The Great BEAT Debate: A Rematch" on January 18. Sweeney will present on two panels, "ACA Constitutionality: The 2019 Season" and "The Wellness Program Wild, Wild West" on January 18.  Ding will present on two panels, "Retirement Plan and Executive Compensation Considerations in Mergers and Acquisitions," on January 17 and "Employee Benefits Fiduciary Responsibility & Plan Investments Update" on January 18.
