Kirby Behre and Michael Satin will speak at the ABA White Collar Crime Institute on March 1-3, 2023, in Miami.

Satin will present, as part of a panel, "Trial Practice Fundamentals II - Engaging, Educating, and Persuading the Jury," on March 1. This panel will discuss techniques and strategies to engage, educate, and persuade juries at each stage of the trial, from jury selection through closing arguments.

On March 3, Behre will speak on a panel titled, "Ethical Challenges in Recent High-Profile White Collar Cases and Congressional Hearings." Panelists will discuss a host of ethics issues and challenges that arose in recent high profile white collar investigations and cases.
