Kathryn Cameron Atkinson will be participating during American Conference Institute's (ACI) 34th International Conference on the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). Atkinson will moderate the panel titled, "Exercising Third Party Audit Rights: Experts Reveal How They Have Dealt with a Lack of Third Party Cooperation and Other Pressing 'On the Ground' Challenges," on November 29. The panel will discuss the biggest lessons learned when preparing for and conducting third party audits and will focus on how to resolve complex challenges in high-risk markets.
