Kathryn Cameron Atkinson and James Tillen will speak at ACI's 39th International Conference on the FCPA on November 30, 2022, in Washington, DC.

Atkinson will moderate the panel titled, "FCPA Year in Review with DOJ." This panel will provide key updates and field audience questions on the most pressing enforcement issues.

Tillen will present, as part of a panel, "Revisiting Your Self-Disclosure Calculus." This session will discuss factors to consider when evaluating whether to self-report violations of the FCPA.
