Kirby Behre will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Third Global White Collar Crime Institute on June 27, 2019, in Prague. Behre will moderate the panel, "Extradition and Red Notices: The Long Arm of the Law is Getting Longer." This session will examine the ever-changing landscape regarding extraditions, the use and abuse of the Red Notice system, and will explore the fundamental questions lawyers must ask when advising a client about these issues.
