Joanne Roskey will present "Are You Ready For It? Health Plan Fee Litigation (ERIC's Version)" at a webinar hosted by The ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC). Roskey will discuss the potential for a new wave of class-action ERISA fee and expense litigation focused on health plan expenditures and fees in response to the new health plan disclosure and transparency laws. Roskey will address the legal and regulatory framework underlying this litigation, the types of fees and expenses that will be targeted, and how best to prepare for and proactively defend against this litigation.
