Erin M. Sweeney* and David W. Zimmerman will be speaking at the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association's (BCBS's) 2015 National Tax Conference on December 3, 2015. Sweeney will present on two panels: "Cadillac Tax -- Determination, Administration and Accounting for Excise Tax" and "Tax Risk & Reporting, MLR Audits & the Three Rs." Zimmerman will present, as part of a panel, "Mergers and Acquisitions."
