Nate Lankford will speak at the British Institute of International and Comparative Law seminar "Business and Human Rights Regulatory Landscape: The Growing Divide Between Europe and the United States" on March 18, 2025. This seminar will address the growing transatlantic divide in the business and human right regulatory landscape, particularly in corporate human rights and environmental due diligence (HREDD) requirements, diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) policies, and environmental regulation. Europe and U.S. approaches differ significantly in scope, enforcement, and legal obligations, creating compliance challenges for U.S. multinational companies and the law firms advising them.
