Melissa Burgess will speak at The Defence Workshop V on April 4, 2025. Burgess will present "CFIUS and ITAR Considerations in M&A Transactions." 

The Defence Workshop (DWS) is an annual private event organized by leading European law firms active in the areas of defense and security. It is attended by senior practitioners from private practices in Europe, North America, and Asia.
