Joshua Drew will speak at the Federal Criminal Law Committee for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (FCLC) event "Corporate Criminal Prosecutions – Updates on Recent Changes to DOJ Policy" on December 10, 2024. This panel will discuss the progression of Department of Justice (DOJ) policies since September 2022 related to corporate criminal prosecution. Topics will include the Monaco memorandum, the Voluntary Self Disclosure policy and M&A Safe Harbor policy, as well as the Southern District of New York (SDNY) self-disclosure program for individuals and the new DOJ Corporate Whistleblower Awards Pilot Program.
