Laura G. Ferguson will be speaking during the ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) 2017 Spring Policy Meeting on April 27, 2017. Ferguson will present, as part of a panel, "U.S. Supreme Court Litigation Update." This panel will discuss past and recent cases decided by the U.S. Supreme Court on employee benefit matters important to ERIC members and provide a discussion of the impact of the addition of a ninth Justice.
