Theresa S. Gee will be speaking on an ERISA Industry Committee (ERIC) FocusOn webinar titled "Missing Participants in Retirement Plans" on June 22, 2016. Gee will discuss the Department of Labor's (DOL's) increased number of audits in the area of missing participants in both 401(k) and pension plans. Gee will review the actions of the DOL, discuss reasons for the focus on missing participants and learn about fiduciary concerns and best practices.
