Timothy O'Toole will be an instructor for the Export Compliance Training Institute (ETCI) University Export Controls Seminar on September 24-26, 2024. This multi-day training is designed for universities, research laboratories, and companies that collaborate with these organizations. Instruction will cover the ins and outs of U.S. export control rules and their affect on the day-to-day operations.
