Richard Mojica will speak at Georgetown Law's 44th Annual International Trade Update on June 14, 2023, in Washington, DC.

Mojica's presentation, "USMCA Dispute Settlement in Real Time - Two Case Studies," will discuss two ongoing trade disputes between the U.S. and Mexico resulting from Mexico’s energy investment restrictions and regulatory barriers to trade in agricultural products containing GMOs. This session will also discuss the drivers behind these cases, recent developments, and how counsel should advise clients in downstream sectors affected by these issues and other sectors faced with trade barriers in Mexico or Canada.
