Joanne Roskey will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) webinar "Health Care Equality: Health Care Providers & Plans Nondiscrimination & Civil Rights Under ACA Section 1557 & Other Selected Federal Civil Rights Laws" on September 10, 2024. Roskey, along with other panelists, will discuss the implications of the 2024 Section 1557 Rule and other federal health equity regulatory and enforcement initiatives on health insurers, employment-based group health plans and their sponsors, and their administrators and subcontractors.
