Daniel Patrick Wendt will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Anti-Corruption Committee event "The New Corporate Whistleblower Awards Pilot Program: An Update for 2025" on January 16, 2025. Wendt will moderate a discussion with Patrick Gushue, Acting Director of the Corporate Whistleblower Awards Pilot Program and Trial Attorney at the U.S. Department of Justice (Bank Integrity Unit), on the background of the Pilot Program, the mechanics of its operation, the status of the program to date, and the outlook for the program heading into 2025.
