Kathryn Cameron Atkinson will speak at PLI's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and International Anti-Corruption Developments 2022 program on April 20, 2022, in New York.

Atkinson's panel, "FCPA Year in Review and Enforcement Trends," will discuss topics including recent prosecutions and settlements by the DOJ, SEC, and CFTC, coordination among foreign authorities, enforcement priorities and resources between the agencies, lessons learned, and emerging trends.
