Scott Flesch will speak at the American Bar Association (ABA) Public Contract Law Section Bid Protest Committee event "Risky Business - Avoiding, Mitigating, and Litigating OCIs" on March 19, 2025. This session will provide a foundation in the law governing Organizational Conflict of Interest (OCI), insights into recent decisions, and tips for successfully advising on these issues and litigating them before the Government Accountability Office (GOA) and the Court of Federal Claims (COFC). The panel will consist of private practice and government attorneys and government contractors who will share their unique perspectives on handling OCI issues.
