Timothy O'Toole will co-chair the Sanctions & Export Controls Conference on May 15-16, 2023, in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

On May 15, O'Toole will present, "How to Prevent Successor and Parent Subsidiary Liability in M&A." 

On May 16, he will moderate, "U.S.-EU Transatlantic Cooperation and Diversions: At the Cross Point of Export Controls Objectives," a panel on EU-specific initiatives in relation to export controls.
