FeiFei Ren will speak at the Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics (SCCE) Singapore Regional Compliance & Ethics Conference on July 26, 2024. Ren will co-present "Navigating Multijurisdictional Government Investigations and Compliance Involving U.S. and China." Session topics include:

• U.S. regulatory framework targeting China and enforcement trends (sanctions, export controls, supply chain, and outbound investment and data transfers)
• China’s countermeasures, including revised State Secrets Law, data security, anti-corruption, export controls, and related enforcement actions and trends
• Specific recommendations on complying with U.S. and Chinese laws and handling investigations by either country's authorities
