This CLE webinar will guide counsel on the evolving situation in the U.S.-China tariff war. The panel will discuss the tariffs currently in place and the challenges facing U.S. companies. The panel will discuss exclusion requests as well as other strategies, including lowering the value of imported goods and duty rates or sourcing materials/products from other countries.
