Layla J. Asali and Andrew L. Howlett will be speaking during the Tax Executives Institute's (TEI) Houston Chapter Annual Tax School on February 28, 2018. Asali and Howlett will present during the "Upstream Oil and Gas" section. They will discuss international tax planning for upstream oil and gas operations and will focus on how the new international regime operates and the deemed repatriation.
