Gadwood, Hani, and Kovacev will:

• Provide an overview of the R&D credit framework and addresses types of projects and expenses that qualify for the credit and how the credit is computed, including coordination with the Section 174 deduction
• Address a variety of issues arising under the Section 174 capitalization-and-amortization regime that took effect in 2022
