Annie Cho is an Associate in Miller & Chevalier's International department. She focuses on a variety of international anti-corruption matters involving the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), including compliance program enhancements and internal investigations. She advises clients on economic sanctions and export controls compliance and investigations, as well as anti-money laundering (AML) regulation issues. She is fluent in Korean and advises on matters related to the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, Annie served as an Investigator and Senior Law Clerk in the Office of Congressional Ethics in the U.S. House of Representatives. She received her J.D., cum laude, from American University Washington College of Law. While in law school, she was a staffer for the Washington College of Law Legislation and Policy Brief. She earned her B.S., cum laude, in Criminology, Law & Society, with a minor in Intelligence Analysis, from George Mason University.
