Elissa Harwood is a Law Clerk in the Litigation department, focusing on government contracts counseling and litigation, white collar defense, and complex civil litigation. 

Ms. Harwood was a legal intern for Nina Totenberg, National Public Radio's (NPR) legal affairs correspondent, and for the U.S. Department of Justice's (DOJ) Commercial Litigation Branch in the National Courts Section. Prior to law school, she was an MBA Leadership Development Program Fellow at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and founded a property management company. She was also a legislative intern for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. As a law student at Washington University in St. Louis, Ms. Harwood was a Senior Editor of the Washington University Law Review.
