Rebecca Tweedie is an Associate in Miller & Chevalier's Litigation department and works on a wide variety of white-collar defense and civil litigation matters, including sanctions and export controls compliance, securities investigations, and employee benefits litigation. She has assisted clients with issues pending before the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ), Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and the Department of Labor (DOL).

Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, she was an English Teaching Assistant and Program Coordinator for Fulbright Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur. Rebecca received her J.D. from Harvard Law School and a Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School. 

As a law student, Rebecca was the Education Director and Policy Director of the Harvard Law School chapter of the American Constitution Society. She was a Project Leader on multiple Business and Human Rights projects in the International Human Rights Clinic and Advocates for Human Rights, a student practice organization. She earned her B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard University.
