Members of the Washington, DC chapter of the Women's White Collar Defense Association (WWCDA) participated in a membership luncheon on Wednesday, September 26, 2018, featuring NPR Justice Correspondent Carrie Johnson. The luncheon was hosted by Litigation Vice Chair Addy Schmitt* and Litigation Member Lauren Briggerman and held at Miller & Chevalier. Johnson covers a wide variety of stories about justice issues, law enforcement, and legal affairs for NPR's flagship programs Morning Edition and All Things Considered, as well as the Newscasts and NPR.org. The WWCDA was founded in 1999 and the DC chapter now includes more than 150 members who meet regularly throughout the year for various programs.
