In this article, Alex Sarria, Alejandra Montenegro Almonte, and Laura Ferguson discuss how a recently filed lawsuit in the District of Columbia federal court may subject stability operations contractors to a new wave of litigation under the Anti-Terrorism Act (ATA). "Until now, plaintiffs' attorneys have pursued few, if any, ATA lawsuits against government contractors," the authors wrote.
