Washington, DC, October 31, 2022 – Miller & Chevalier Chartered is pleased to announce that Firm Chair Kathryn Cameron Atkinson, International Department Vice Chair Alejandra Montenegro Almonte, International Arbitration Practice Lead Margarita Sánchez, Counsel Maria Lapetina, and Senior Associate Leah Moushey were named as five of Latin America's Top 100 Female Lawyers for 2022 by Latinvex. Sánchez is making her eighth consecutive appearance on Latinvex's annual list of the region's top women lawyers. Atkinson and Montenegro Almonte are making their sixth consecutive appearances, and Lapetina and Moushey their third. All five lawyers were recognized in the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and Fraud category. Sánchez and Lapetina were also named in the Arbitration and Litigation category.
