Jason N. Workmaster Elected Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Public Contract Law

Washington, DC, August 12, 2024 – Miller & Chevalier announced that Member and Government Contracts Practice Lead Jason N. Workmaster has been elected Chair of the American Bar Association's (ABA) Section of Public Contract Law, assuming the role at the Section's Annual Business Meeting on August 3, 2024, in Chicago. The ABA Section of Public Contract Law is the principal national organization of government contracts lawyers and associate members from federal, state, and local governments, corporations, academia, and private practice, with approximately 2,000 members. The goal of the section is to be a reliable and respected nationwide source of balanced, unbiased, and positive recommendations for improving the law relating to public procurement and grants at all levels of government.
