Jorge Castro, former Congressional tax counsel and Counselor to the IRS Commissioner, discussed the Moore case being considered by the U.S. Supreme Court and possible action by lawmakers. While Congress has acted in response to judicial rulings in the past, Castro said "[a]nything's possible. But given the current political dynamics ... probably unlikely."
