Kevin L. Kenworthy, Erin M. Sweeney,* Lisandra Ortiz, and Yongo Ding* will be speaking at the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Taxation 2018 Fall Meeting from October 4-6, 2018 in Atlanta, GA. 

Kenworthy will participate as moderator during the panel, "Should You Advise Your Client to Agree to Extend the Statute of Limitations?" 

Sweeney and Ding will present, as part of a panel, "Employee Benefits Fiduciary Responsibility & Plan Investments Update." Sweeney will also moderate the panel "Moving Expenses, Meals, Commuting, Entertainment, Leave, De Minimis Fringes, 162(m) and 83(i), Oh My! Your Just-in-Time 2017 Tax Act Guidance Primer."

Ortiz will participate as moderator during the panel, "The Great BEAT Debate."
