Layla Asali, Robert Kovacev, and Loren Ponds will speak at TEI's 2023 Annual Conference on October 23-25, 2023, in New York.

On October 23, Ponds will moderate a panel titled, "My Tax Journey:  Navigating Roadblocks, Finding Work-life Balance, and Achieving Success."

Kovacev will present, as part of a panel, "The Current Tax Credit Shopping Spree: Understanding the New Transferability Rules and Audit Risks," on October 24.

On October 25, Asali will speak on a panel titled, "Current Trends in Cross-Border M&A."
