Larry Gibbs will speak at the University of Texas School of Law's 70th Annual Taxation Conference on November 30, 2022, in Austin, Texas. Gibbs will introduce the panel titled, "Identifying Emerging Issues at the IRS." This panel of IRS officials will discuss how the IRS keeps up with emerging tax noncompliance and tax fraud issues and will provide an introduction to the new IRS Joint Strategic Emerging Issues Team.
