Manuela Jaramillo

Manuela Jaramillo is a visiting law clerk in Miller & Chevalier's International department, where she supports attorneys who advise clients on cross-border internal investigations and corporate compliance, including due diligence for mergers and acquisitions.
Ms. Jaramillo practiced law in Colombia at Posse Herrera Ruiz, and previously worked as an independent contractor at the International Organization for Migration. She completed her LL.M. at Columbia Law School.
