Marc Gerson was quoted regarding his new role as Chair of Miller & Chevalier. He currently serves as Vice Chair of the Tax department and will formally take over as Chair of the firm on July 1. "Right now, I'm getting up to speed on things," Gerson said. "The firm is running well, and we've moved successfully. We're busy and we have these laterals [who joined in the past year] we're working on, we want to integrate them well." The leadership change follows a "seamless transition" for the firm's offices, which relocated to 900 16^th Street NW in 2016, he said. Gerson will hold the Chair role for two years. He is joined on the firm's Executive Committee by Vice Chair Maria O'Toole Jones, also a Tax Member, Tax Department Chair George Hani, Litigation Department Chair Andrew Wise, International Department Chair Kathryn Cameron Atkinson, Employee Benefits Department Chair Theresa S. Gee and at-large Member Adam Feinberg, who is a Litigation Member.
