Aditi Patil is an Associate in Miller & Chevalier's International department. She focuses on white collar criminal investigations and internal investigations, including FCPA, international anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti-money laundering matters. She also advises clients on international trade issues, including representing them in matters involving U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and meeting their due diligence requirements under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA). Aditi speaks fluent Marathi and advises on matters related to the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, she was a Legal Intern at the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Anticompetitive Practices Division and a Program Associate at the National Democratic Institute's Middle East and North African Team. She also interned at various non-profits and governmental organizations focusing on Middle East affairs, including as an Operations Intern at the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Conflict and Stabilization Operations.
Aditi received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School, where she was a student-attorney at the Civil and Human Rights Clinic.
