


Aditi Patil focuses on white collar criminal investigations, internal investigations, and compliance counseling, including business and human rights (BHR), FCPA, international anti-corruption, antitrust, and anti-money laundering matters. She also advises clients on international trade issues, including matters involving U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) and due diligence to mitigate risks under the Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act (UFLPA). Aditi speaks fluent Marathi and advises on matters related to the Asia-Pacific region.
Prior to joining Miller & Chevalier, she was a Legal Intern at the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Anticompetitive Practices Division and a Program Associate at the National Democratic Institute's Middle East and North African Team. She also interned at various non-profits and governmental organizations focusing on Middle East affairs and human rights.
Aditi received her J.D. from George Washington University Law School. While in law school, she was a student-attorney at the Civil and Human Rights Clinic where she worked on projects related to human rights due diligence in conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
